1. Platform Overview
The Platform is tailored toward business customers and is designed as a data feed management service that provides a comprehensive view of the business’s operations, including analytics to help identify and manage the business’s needs. The majority of data that is collected through our Platform is related to the business’s operations information; however, select information that is collected may be related to an identifiable individual in their employment capacity of a business using our Platform. This Privacy Policy sets forth the limited personal information that may be collected and how such information may be used by us.

Ingest uses reasonable security measures designed to prevent unauthorized intrusion into the Platform and the alteration, acquisition, or misuse of personal information. Nevertheless, transmission via the internet is not completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information about you, collected from you, or submitted by you. We will not be responsible for loss, corruption, or unauthorized acquisition or misuse of information that you provide or that we collect through the Platform that is stored by us or our service providers, or for any damages resulting from such loss, corruption, or unauthorized acquisition or misuse.
9. Children's Privacy
Our Platform is not directed towards, nor was it designed to attract the attention of any children, and we do not knowingly collect or maintain personal information from any person under the age of thirteen.
10. Changes To This Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to revise and reissue this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting of the revised Privacy Policy.
